Rebar and Bending
- Automatic bending machines for stirrups of coil
- Bending machines for welded mesh
Rebar, or reinforcing bar, is a common steel bar, and is commonly used in reinforced concrete and reinforced masonry structures. It is usually formed from carbon steel, and is given ridges for better mechanical anchoring into the concrete. It can also be described as reinforcement or reinforcing steel.
Bending: Stirrups are most commonly used by precast lentil manufacturers for the production of concrete lintels. Stirrups are typically bent in a U-shape and comprised of Basic wire. Stirrups are used in conjunction with Deformed Wire or Rebar in order to maintain the proper concrete coverage over the reinforcing steel.

| | 1 used SCHNELL EURA20 | |
| Eura 20 is a dual-direction bender, with 2 bending heads, apt to manufacture stirrups and rebars with bends at both ends processing both hot and cold-drawn steel in coils, using wires of up to Ø 20 mm or double Ø 16 mm. It is equipped with multiple external straightener with specific lines, 'bridge' rebar collecting bench, bars collecting flap, wire inlet unit. Eura 20 MF Dual allows producing profiles thanks to an upper operating line where the right-hand bends of the profile are made, and a lower line where the left-hand bends are made. It is suitable for accepting an optional mobile carriage which allows collecting and classifying the manufactured stirrups and rebars. | more Information |

| Universal high-capacity bending machines for the treatment of welded wire meshes
A mechanical, continuously adjustable set-up of three different bending angles up to 180¡ is possible by means of adjusting fingers supplied in series. The bending roll rail prevents damages of the welded wire mesh. This one can be adjusted quickly by means of a hand crank. The large volume bending beam guaranties exact bending angles.
